Night 4 Sleep Restoration


Ideal Bedtime: 11pm

Actual Bedtime: 9pm

Bedtime Routine: Okay, so this night doesn’t really count. I had a migraine so I took an epsom salt bath and went to bed. I woke up around midnight for just a few minutes and went back to bed. 

I woke up on time at 7am today, but I felt horrible all day. I took a nap from 2pm to 5pm. Now as the result of my not feeling well today I am WIDE awake. I hope that I can get to bed soon so that I feel better tomorrow.
